Principles
Interface and system, together
A confusing screen usually points at an unclear model underneath. I work on both at once: the flow a person sees and the schema, permissions and states that make it true.
A deterministic core, people in control
Models and sensors belong at the edge of a system. Consequential changes — money, attendance, publishing — stay deterministic, auditable and confirmed by a person.
